This Map is a Network Map I found in Google, which was created by Daniel Hoang, who is a visual leader and a change enabler responsible for Linkedin network visualized mapping. The Map he created below is a network map which is discrete groups. Each of the color represent different groups of people, such as one of the color is represent for his colleagues. The map also shows that most of those groups are not connected with each other, which means those people did not know each other. As a creative thinker, Daniel Hoang’s change strategy is to “build “tribes” of supporters to drive changes in culture and organization.” as it said in his official website.
